Warehouse/Order picking/Shipping and Receiving - $25

This position is a temp to hire position.

Integrity Trade Services is IMMEDIATELY hiring for Shipping/Receiving-Order picking and load/unload at our client that is a worldwide distributor of Electrical products and is located in Buffalo Grove, IL. $25 an hour.

Responsibilities:

Overview:

Receive, store, select, pack, and distribute warehouse inventory.Typical Functions:

Perform any and all physical requirements necessary to lift and move inventory around the warehouse.

Operate and maneuver warehouse equipment and any material(s) contained thereon in the manner consistent with the intended purpose of the equipment and the manufacturers’ instructions.

Maintain the warehouse in an orderly and clean state; follow all Company safety procedures; perform daily safety inspections.

Unload delivery vehicles, accurately identifying material, breaking down material, and noting discrepancies.

Accurately store product to the proper location following the outlined process; the use of light equipment may be required.

Select and pack customer orders following the outlined process; ensure conformance to customer standards and expectations.

May perform Delivery Driver duties as needed; operate a light van or delivery vehicle to deliver customer orders; ensure that customers orders are delivered to meet customer expectations.Preferred Qualifications:

High school diploma or GEDWork Shift and Hours: Monday - Friday, 3:15pm - 11:45pm

Compensation Details: The expected pay rate for this position is starting at $25.50 per hour ($22.00 per hour with $3.50 differential) depending on experience.

IL Paid Leave for All WorkersAn employee that works in Illinois is entitled to accrue and use up to 40 hours of paid leave during a 12 month period or a pro rata number of hours of paid leave under the provisions of the State of Illinois Paid Leave for All Workers Act. The 12 month accrual period is considered to begin for new employees on the employees first day of employment. An employee is entitled to begin using earned and accrued paid leave time 90 calendar days after commencement of employment. Paid leave under this Act shall accrue at the rate of one hour of paid leave for every 40 hours worked up to 40 hours of paid leave

401(k) with company match for eligible employees.Eligibility: Active employees with one year of work and during that one year has completed 1,000 hours of service and is at least 21 years of age. Entry dates into the 401(k) are: 1/1 or 7/1 following the one year of service and completing 1,000 hours of work.

The company will match 100% of the first 3% of the employee contribution. As well as, match 50% of the next 2% of the employee contribution. (The company contribution/match maximum is 4%)
