System Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to manage and support our Windows Server OS environment, both on-premises and in the Azure Cloud. This role requires a deep understanding of system administration, provisioning, maintenance, and operations.

This is a contract to hire opportunity and has a hybrid work model in Conshohocken, PA,

Responsibilities

Administer and maintain Windows Server OS environments, both on-prem and in Azure Cloud.

Manage and support Active Directory, MS Exchange, and Windows virtual environments.

Implement and support Microsoft Intune and SCCM for endpoint management.

Ensure system security, performance tuning, and compliance with best practices.

Support VOIP/telephony platforms and Apple operational environments (iOS, macOS).

Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and other tools.

Provide technical support for Windows desktops, mobile devices, and business productivity tools.

Install and configure hardware, including printers, monitors, and other peripherals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Microsoft Systems Administration/System Engineer certification.

5+ years of experience in Windows Server OS administration.

Strong expertise in Active Directory, Exchange, and Windows security.

Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud (AWS experience is a plus).

Proficiency in Windows OS internals, PowerShell scripting, and automation.

Working knowledge of VOIP, Apple environments, and endpoint management tools.

Experience supporting business productivity tools (Office, Visio, PDF).
