Oracle Business Systems Analyst

We are looking for an Oracle Business Systems Analyst to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities:

Analyze business processes and translate requirements into functional specifications for Oracle ERP and NetSuite systems.

Configure, test, and implement system enhancements and integrations.

Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure effective system solutions.

Support system upgrades, patches, and data migrations.

Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, workflows, and procedures.

Provide end-user training and support for Oracle ERP and NetSuite applications.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure business continuity.

Qualifications:

4+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.

Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP modules (e.g., Financials, Supply Chain, Procurement).

Experience with NetSuite administration, customization, and reporting.

Strong understanding of business process mapping and systems integration.
