About the Role:

We are seeking a senior-level ServiceNow Architect with deep domain expertise in the Health and Safety module and enterprise-level ServiceNow integrations. This is a hands-on architectural role requiring strategic thinking, cross-functional leadership, and strong experience with ITOM.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with IT and business goals.

Lead Health & Safety module and ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Orchestration) development and integration.

Utilize REST, SOAP, JDBC, Integration Hub, and MID Server for system integrations.

Establish governance frameworks, best practices, and long-term roadmaps.

Customize UI/UX using JavaScript, GlideScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS.

Provide technical mentorship and hands-on leadership to development teams.

Must-Have Skills:

7–15 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Architecture

Deep knowledge of Health & Safety module and ServiceNow platform architecture

Strong integration expertise (REST, SOAP, MID Server, JDBC, Integration Hub)

Expert-level scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript) and customization skills

Ability to develop and enforce architectural governance and best practices

Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership skills.

Nice to Have:

Experience with Tableau for analytics

Prior exposure to large-scale enterprise transformation projects

Strong documentation and roadmap planning skills

Travel Requirement:

First 3 months will require regular travel to Omaha – must be open to this schedule.
