DevOps Engineer

We’re hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead key efforts around Kubernetes architecture, Kafka implementation, and CI/CD delivery. This role focuses on building scalable, reliable infrastructure to support critical systems while helping solve immediate architectural challenges related to Kubernetes networking and real-time data streaming.

What You’ll Do:

Architect, build, and maintain AKS clusters, including resolving networking limitations and supporting long-term scalability.

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

Deploy and operate Confluent Kafka for real-time streaming and messaging needs.

Drive Kafka autoscaling and optimize cluster performance.

Deploy and support Apache Flink for real-time data processing.

Manage supporting Azure services: Blob Storage, APIM, Postgres, and Cosmos DB.

Support Redis and Apollo GraphQL for caching and data integration needs.

Collaborate across development teams and with offshore partners to drive DevOps best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

Expertise in AKS architecture, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Strong hands-on experience with Confluent Kafka in production environments.

Proficiency with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline design.

Solid understanding of cloud networking and IP management in Kubernetes environments.

Familiarity with Apache Flink, Redis, GraphQL, and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).

Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with global teams.
