Description:

The Salesforce and Conga Engineer (SCE) will serve as a configuration and customization engineer and developer for Salesforce and Conga – Configure Price Quote (CPQ) and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) implementations. The SCE plans and executes software configuration management processes and administers tools used for monitoring, recording, and managing changes to software and systems. The SCE works closely with architects, developers, and management to refine and implement application lifecycle process strategy and provides technical knowledge sharing where needed within the team and the IT organization.

Key Responsibilities

Configure Salesforce elements: Flows, Apex, Lightning Components, Validation Rules.

Implement Conga CPQ/CLM features: Product Catalogs, Pricing Rules, Approval Processes, Metadata.

Manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, SFDX, and Data Loader.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver technical solutions.

Document system designs and support testing and deployment activities.

Ensure application security, performance, and maintainability.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field.

5+ years in software development; 3+ years in Salesforce platform development.

Experience with Conga CPQ/CLM and Salesforce Sales Cloud.

Familiarity with CI/CD tools and metadata migration.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Salesforce Developer certification preferred.
