Role Overview:

We are looking for a Business Analyst – ERP Support to manage and support enterprise applications such as Simple AsigNT, EcoSys, Primavera P6, DocuSign, and other business-critical support tracks. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between business users and IT, ensuring ERP systems are optimized and aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide functional support for ERP and associated tools (Simple AsigNT, EcoSys, P6, DocuSign).

Collaborate with business teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements.

Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate resolutions with IT/vendor teams.

Support configuration, testing, and deployment of system enhancements.

Create user guides, training material, and assist in user training sessions.

Monitor system performance, data accuracy, and user adoption.

Required Skills:

7+ years of ERP/application support experience.

Hands-on experience with Simple AsigNT, EcoSys, Primavera P6, and DocuSign.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

Familiarity with project lifecycle and support frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
