Desktop Support Technician

Our client is hiring a Desktop Support Technician!

Title: Desktop Support Technician

Type: 6 month contract with expectation to extend

Location: Denver, CO (Downtown)

Pay Range: $25-$35 per hour depending on experience

What You’ll Do:

Troubleshooting complex hardware and desktop/SaaS software issues and imaging and replacing desktops, laptops, and tablets.

Required Skills:

Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT ticketing systems

Proficiency in SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager)

Hands-on experience with Dell, Macintosh (Apple), and Panasonic hardware

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (MS 365) suite
