Position: IT Support
Compensation: $18 - $19/hour, depending on experience
Location: Denver, Colorado
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled IT Support to join their team!
Are you ready to dive into the world of IT support with a dynamic team? We're looking for two contractors to join our client's team for a 3-month assignment. This opportunity allows you to work in a fast-paced environment, handling calls, creating tickets, and performing password resets. If you're eager to gain experience and grow within the IT department, this is your chance!
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Handle incoming calls and inquiries professionally
Create and manage tickets in the ticketing system
Perform password resets efficiently
Triage and prioritize support issues
Collaborate with team members for troubleshooting
Provide exceptional customer service
Follow company protocols and procedures
Assist with basic IT troubleshooting
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Basic IT aptitude and understanding
Strong communication skills
Ability to work onsite
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in using computer systems
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in IT support or helpdesk
Familiarity with ticketing systems
Experience with troubleshooting IT issues
Knowledge of password management tools
