Job Overview / Scope (NOT JD):

GW Associate Certification a must (in Policy, Claim or Billing Center)

Guidewire policy Center. Person, they had and didn't work out.

Strong BA and takes charge. Asking if someone finished work… accountability

Moving admitted cyber product on Majesco…phasing out and moving over to guidewire cloud. Starting with Cyber and then equipment breakdown on legacy system

Majesco to Guidewire….

Light heavy data mapping.

Lots of longevity

Work on project really hasn't kicked off.

Dig into environment, testing environment

5+ yrs experience

Understanding downstream systems

Candidate needs to be prepared, ask questions.. systems related.

Cloud is optional ) policy center

very sure of self…self-starter. Critical thinker and authenticity.

Must Have Skills:

Policy Center is a must have.

Word, power point, typical MS suite.

Nice to have / bonus skills:

Visio- process flow mapping as is / to be

Cloud is a plus. (Guidewire cloud). Just understand it. Not required.

Job Description:

They will be working on a legacy system called Phoenix, this system is a document generating platform; Munich Re is moving to a new system called Smartcon

This role will be heavily focused on documentation of all requirements in the old system and a lot of process mapping and diagram development

The successful BA will have some sort of policy admin or insurance exp.

Would be great if they are local

She is really big on personality and passion; for example one of the first questions she asks in a BA interview is: If I told you you were starting on Monday, what would be your approach as the lead BA on the is project? What she wants to hear is something to the tune of : what is the vision of this project? What is critical to the success?, etc.
