Oracle SCM Functional Expert

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze, configure, and support Oracle SCM modules such as Inventory (INV), Purchasing (PO), Order Management (OM), Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP), and Manufacturing (WIP/BOM).

Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

Support supply chain operations including procurement, order fulfillment, inventory management, and logistics.

Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Oracle tools (BI Publisher, OTBI, etc.).

Participate in Oracle upgrades, patches, and enhancement projects.

Provide training and support to end-users and ensure best practices are followed.

Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
