The group is composed of skilled professionals experienced in Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Cloud, continuously working on optimizing financial and order management operations. How You Will Make An Impact
Analyze business processes to identify improvement areas using Oracle Order Management and Financials solutions.
Implement and optimize the Oracle AR, AP, OM, and GL modules to address operational requirements.
Drive system enhancements that improve functionality, efficiency, and end-user satisfaction.
Conduct system testing, performance validation, and ensure solutions align with business needs.
Provide training and support to users and stakeholders to drive successful system adoption.
Document configurations, processes, and develop comprehensive user guides.
Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless system integration.
Maintain compliance with industry best practices and standards for Oracle module configuration and usage.
Are You an Oracle Finance & Order Management Rock Star?
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Order Management and Financials applications.
Strong expertise in configuring and implementing Oracle AP, AR, GL, and OM modules.
Solid understanding of the Order to Cash lifecycle in an Oracle on-premises environment.
Proven experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS); Oracle Cloud experience a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to manage concurrent projects and meet deliverables in a fast-paced setting.
Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
Preferred:
Oracle certifications (Order Management Cloud or EBS).
Knowledge of related modules such as Inventory, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
Experience in presales activities, including proposal creation and fit-gap analysis.
