Job Title: Senior Network Engineer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer with 8–10 years of hands-on experience in enterprise-grade networking environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing network audits, deploying monitoring systems, driving automation efforts, managing software releases, and ensuring the stability and security of large-scale infrastructure and data center networks.
Must-Have Qualifications (8–10 years of experience):
Expertise in configuring and troubleshooting routing and switching protocols: BGP, IS-IS, MPLS, RSVP-TE, VRRP
Industry certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, JNCIA/JNCIS, RHCSA or equivalent experience
Strong scripting and automation experience using Bash, Python, Perl, Ansible
Hands-on experience with optical transport technologies (e.g., 100G/400G Ethernet, CWDM, DWDM)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct network audits: evaluate capacity usage (BW, power, space), and identify unused devices
Analyze network performance trends and recommend improvements
Deploy monitoring agents and build dashboards for KPI visualization
Manage internal ticketing tasks related to USB tethering and remote rendering
Support Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives for new systems/workflows
Drive automation via NetGram workflows and tool integration (AI/ML pipelines, testing frameworks)
Lead software release lifecycle management:
Select releases for wired/wireless nodes
Define and execute upgrade plans
Track Cisco roadmap features and security vulnerabilities
Coordinate network validation testing and deployment.
