Kaseya Center Janitorial Operations Manager - Part Time Pay Rate - $21 an hour BASIC FUNCTION Pritchard Sports & Entertainment Group is seeking an experienced Janitorial Operations Manager in Miami, FL.

The Janitorial Operations Manager will be directly responsible for leading commercial cleaning operations and ensuring that service commitments to on-site clients are fully met.

This position is responsible for overseeing scheduling, training, performance management of staff, cleanliness of the facility, and achieving maximum service and quality standards as met by all operational expectations assigned by the Site Manager.

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP The Janitorial Operations Manager will report directly to the Site Manager.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Oversee daily operations of the Event Shift, budgets, and team personnel.

* Organize, plan, schedule, and execute cleaning operations for Event Shift.

* Manage labor, supplies, equipment, etc.

* Review service delivery and staffing reports to ensure identification of service and/or contract issues.

* Understand all customer contract commitments and schedule services accordingly as assigned by the Site Manager.

* Allocate resources appropriately, maintaining appropriate inventories of equipment and supplies.

Ensure all supplies, equipment, and labor are available to complete assigned tasks.

* Conducts walk-through inspections throughout the length of the shift to ensure that work is being completed properly and within budgeted hours.

* Completes labor reports to ensure all post-event labor is accounted for and signs in and out temporary labor to ensure completion of time sheets.

* On Non-Event days the work schedule will be morning shift (Core), as manager/supervisor/lead or working lead as directed per the Site Manager.

* Event shift responsibilities include any HR concerns, including hiring, interviewing, disciplinary actions, payroll, labor reports, inspection reports, safety reports, etc.

* Inspect arena seating and all suite areas to determine the employee deployment strategy.

* Address Client concerns.

* Conducts pre-event/post-event inspections of the facility.

* Reviews Event Work Sheets to coordinate staffing requirements and prepares event staff schedules for the following week.

* Assigns radios, keys, and equipment and completes sign in/out sheet.

* Reports all accidents, injuries, incidents, maintenance, and safety concerns immediately.

* Be informed about your work assignment.

Know the locations of entrances, exits, restrooms, telephones, concession areas, security, first aid, guest services, ticket offices, etc.

Know details on assigned events.

* Completes all other duties as assigned by the Site Manager and/or District Manager.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS * Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft 365.

* Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.

* Must be able to carry, push and/or pull, stoop, kneel, crouch and/or crawl.

* Must be able to climb up and down a ladder.

* Ability to work in hot, cold, and/or damp environments.

* Reliable Transportation.

PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS * Event supervision experience is a plus.

* Bilingual (Spanish/English). Pritchard Industries participates in E-Verify.
