We’re seeking a Training & Data Support Specialist to play a key role in enhancing staff development and improving operational processes within our Health Technologies Team. This team supports the Community Mental Health & Wellness division, focusing on developing and implementing tech-based solutions to improve care quality for clients and streamline workflows for staff.
What You’ll Do:
Design, develop, and deliver engaging technical training to ensure staff comprehension and long-term retention.
Provide training in a variety of formats, including classroom settings, one-on-one sessions, and through Wilder’s Learning Management System (LMS).
Collaborate closely with the Medical Records department to offer data support and assist with day-to-day operations.
Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives by assisting in, participating in, or leading process improvement projects.

Job Qualifications
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or GED required; equivalent experience or demonstrated skills will also be considered.
Minimum of 2 years of experience delivering training to adult learners (Required).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in instructional design and technical writing (Preferred).
Minimum of 2 years of experience providing administrative support in a healthcare setting (Preferred).
Skills & Competencies:
Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data and develop creative, practical solutions to complex problems.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
Ability to quickly learn and navigate new software platforms by applying basic logic and technical reasoning.
