Job Title:Data Entry Clerk
Division/Program:All Star Behavioral Health (ABH Program)
Starting Compensation:18.00 - 20.00 USD Per Hour
Working Location:Fresno, CA (On-Site)
Working Hours/Shift:Monday through Friday 8am - 4:30pm

What you bring to SBHG:
High School diploma or equivalent (e.g. GED, HiSET, etc.) required.
(1) year of general office experience is preferred.
(1) year in an inpatient or outpatient medical setting with clerical experience in opening and closing medical records AND/OR front-office receptionist experience preferred.
*Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred.
How you will make a difference:
Enters client information, reviews documents for completion/errors, and scans into Electronic Medical Records program.
Enters program generated outcome data into various systems and workbooks for aggregation and tracking purposes.
Provide administrative support to Psychiatrists, including scheduling of appointments.
Follow front desk procedures such as greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, and processing agency mail
Order and maintain office supplies, including copy machines.
Perform audits on all documents that have been scanned into the client EMR and maintain report of errors, missing documents, etc. for correction.
Answers all incoming telephone calls directing them appropriately, obtain updated phone numbers for appropriate staff, and take messages and/or puts messages through to voice mail for absent staff.
Provides front office coverage for other Community Services staff & programs as assigned.
