ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop, implement and maintain leading-edge analytics system taking complicated problems and building simple frameworks

Evaluate organizational methods and provide source-to-targe mappings and information-model specifications documents for data sets

Work directly with management to understand and maintain focus on their analytics needs, including critical metrics and KPIs

Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis with reporting components from multiple databases

Proactive analyze data to answer key questions for stakeholders or yourself, with an eye on what drives operations performance

Define and implement data acquisition and integration logic, selecting an appropriate combination of methods tools within the defined technology stack to ensure optimal scalability and solution performance

Create best-practice reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth thorough complex dataset analysis

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in mathematics, computer science, or statistics

Three (3) or more years of experience with database and model design and segmentation techniques

Technical writing experience including queries, reports and presentations

Practical experience in statistical analysis through use of business intelligence tools and software

Experience with multiple database and geospatial applications, including PostgreSQL.

Demonstrated ability to recognize data trends and anomalies in a dynamic business environment.

Ability to create user-friendly dashboards and reports for interpretation by others.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written), professional demeanor and presentation, planning, organization and leadership skills.

Must be flexible and adaptable to changing work environment and work schedules.Company Description
