MONDAY - SUNDAY WORKING 5 DAYS OUT OF 7 -START TIMES BETWEEN 05:00 - 07:00

PAY RATE: £18.22 - £27.33 PER HOUR

Basic: £18.22 per hour

Overtime (6th working day): £27.33 per hour

Day to Day Duties

Your duties as a Class 2 Driver will involve but not be limited to:

Store or warehouse deliveries - goods to be unloaded upon delivery

Up to 8 drops per day

Operate and drive various Class 2 vehicles in a safe and efficient manner to and from delivery locations

Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections

Ensure all cargo is loaded and secured properly

Adhere to traffic laws and regulations

Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers

Report any vehicle defects or maintenance needs to management

Assist with loaded and unloading of cargo as needed

Essential Skills

As a Class 2 Driver you will need to:

Hold a valid UK Category C Licence

Have a minimum of 6 months experience driving Category C vehicles

No more than six penalty points for minor infringements and no major endorsement codes

Have a valid UK CPC Card & UK Digi Card

Must be able to speak and read a good level of English

Punctuality and excellent time keeping skills

Have a good understanding of traffic laws and regulations

Effective communication skills

Desirable Experience

Experience driving any commercial vehicles would be beneficial

Previous experience in multi drop experience will be beneficial

Training:

Driver's Assessment will have to be completed
