The Advance Group is currently seeking a Third shift Machine Operator for a plastics facility located in Waterville, OH (14 miles from Toledo, 8 miles from Maumee, 20 miles from Oregon). The ideal candidate will possess previous manufacturing experience including ability to read tape measure.

Compensation for the Machine Operator candidate:

$18/hr

Hours for the Machine Operator candidate:

Hours are Monday-Friday 10:45pm-7:15am, overtime on Saturday as needed.

Requirements of the Machine Operator candidate:

Prefer previous experience with construction, labor, or manual machine operating

Extensive manufacturing experience required

Must be mechanically inclined and able to read a tape measure

Ability to multi-task, perform physical work while also operating machines

Experience using a variety of hand tools and power tools

Attention to detail

Ability to learn

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for the entire shift

Own transportation

Responsibilities of the Machine Operator position:

Fill hoppers with resin material

Operate Extrusion machines

Measure and inspect parts

Package parts

Use rulers and various measuring devices to check parts

Build boxes and crates

Utilize hand tools to grind and smooth parts

Complete detailed paperwork regarding orders
