Description
The Buckeye Ranch is seeking a Utilization Supervisor to join our Care Management Entity (CME). The Utilization Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day oversight and ongoing development of data management strategies, referrals process, utilization of resources and quality of the Care Management program and provides supervision to utilization, administrative and engagement team members. This position is a collaborative member of the CME leadership team and all Care Management partner agencies to ensure contract compliance leading the department in assigning referrals, data reporting, analysis, outcomes, and care review to ensure quality and fidelity of coordinated care and services for children, youth, and families served. The Utilization Management Supervisor focuses on utilization of data and outcomes to ensure efficiency and quality initiatives.

Qualifications
Who you are:
You have a bachelor’s degree in a human service related field; master's degree preferred.
You have at least two years of utilization, or related behavioral health experience.
You have an active driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
