Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to manufacture high-quality firearm components. This role requires attention to detail, precision machining skills, and a strong understanding of firearm industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes to produce firearm components to exact specifications.

Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders.

Utilize precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure quality control.

Adjust machine settings, tooling, and offsets as needed to maintain tight tolerances.

Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Work collaboratively with engineers, quality control personnel, and fellow machinists to improve processes and product quality.

Adhere to strict quality and safety standards.

Qualifications:

3-5+ years of experience as a CNC machinist (firearms industry experience preferred).

Proficiency in G-code programming and CNC machine operation.

Strong understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.

Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet production deadlines.

Knowledge of firearm components and manufacturing processes is a plus.

Ability to pass a background check in compliance with ATF regulations.Company Description
