A full-service commercial real estate firm is seeking a Retail Property Manager to oversee a distinctive and vibrant collection of fashionable boutiques, exciting restaurants, and one-of-a-kind specialty stores, nestled in the lush and historic Vinings area.
This unique retail portfolio is supported by a fantastic Assistant Property Manager and a skilled engineering team. The role requires a presence onsite in Vinings two days per week and in the Duluth corporate office three days per week. This split location may be especially convenient for someone living in Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, or nearby areas. Proximity to either Duluth or Vinings would also offer a reasonable commute. The workday is based entirely in either location, with flexible start/end times and an early Friday release (3:30 PM, or 1:00 PM before holiday weekends).
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a candidate with strong commercial property management experience — ideally in retail. While multi-family experience will not be considered, those with a solid track record in retail property oversight and a passion for building community relationships will thrive here. A collaborative mindset and a dedication to excellent service are key.
Primary Responsibilities:
Foster successful tenancy through responsive, high-quality service.
Build and maintain professional relationships with tenants to ensure lease compliance, including legal processes when required.
Partner with accounting and leasing teams to deliver seamless, full-cycle property management.
Conduct regular property inspections to assess conditions and contractor performance.
Oversee vendors/contractors to ensure quality and value.
Assist in preparation and adherence to annual capital and operating budgets.
Coordinate capital and expense projects in line with budget timelines.
Contribute to monthly financial reporting, including variance analysis.
Help maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred (a combination of education and experience will be considered).
Georgia Real Estate License required (can be obtained after hire).
Professional designations such as RPA, CPM, CCIM, or LEED are a plus.
3–5 years of experience, ideally with retail properties.
Proven experience managing or mentoring others.
Strong understanding of budgeting and reconciliation.
Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel; Yardi experience is a plus.
Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and dependable.
Strong work ethic and ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $80,000–$90,000, based on experience
Bonus: 5–7% average annual bonus
