Contract Type / Work Schedule:

Occasional extended hours and Saturdays
Travel Requirements:
Daily travel to and from the job site as needed
Location:
Office in BCI-provided construction trailer located on-site at Anderson-Shiro ISD
Job Requirements Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required
4+ Years of project management experience in commercial construction preferred, especially K-12 or public works
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of commercial construction methods and sequencing
Able to read and interpret blueprints, specs, and project schedules
Proficient in Procore, Fieldwire, Microsoft Project,etc.
Knowledge of applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards
Leadership & Management:
Able to manage subcontractors and self-perform crews
Lead daily jobsite coordination and weekly progress meetings
Monitor labor productivity, deliveries, and materials
Enforce safety protocols and conduct safety meetings
Coordinate inspections, QA/QC, and punch lists
Communication & Organization:
Clear communicator with clients, A/E teams, and internal staff
Ability to manage construction schedules and budgets
Strong time management and adaptability
Certifications:
OSHA 10 HR Certification required (OSHA 30 preferred)
Valid Driver’s License required
Responsibilities Include:
Direct all on-site construction activities
Maintain and update the master construction schedule
Maintain ASI & RFP log and pricing sheets
Ensure all work meets contract documents and quality standards
Conduct pre-construction meetings and enforce safety procedures
Coordinate with internal departments and district stakeholders
Generate weekly progress and field reports
Resolve field conflicts and improve construction methods as needed
