Job Description

EEO INVESTIGATOR

MUST be certified pursuant to EEOC Management Directive 110 (29 C.F.R. Part 1614):

All new EEO Investigators, including contract and collateral-duty investigators, must have completed at least thirty-two (32) hours of investigator training before conducting investigations.

MUST be able to pass a background check including a criminal background check and being up to date on your federal and state taxes, or being current on any tax payment agreement.

Must have three years of verifiable experience investigating Title VII cases.

MUST be able to quote the prima facie elements of the theories of discrimination with immediate ease.

Must be able to provide examples and discuss your investigative techniques specifics to the prima facie elements.

Must be willing to provide a real time writing example.

Must have SUPERIOR MS Word and Adobe Pro skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $32,326.49 - $92,419.81 per year
