iQuasar, LLC is seeking a Junior Computer User Support Specialist for our customers in Colorado Springs, CO. iQuasar is an 18+-year-old Northern Virginia company delivering recruitment, proposal development, digital marketing, software development, and IT solutions to Small and Medium Business (SMB) Government contractors in technology and Civil Engineering verticals.
One of our clients in Colorado Springs, CO, needs a Junior Computer User Support Specialist Support for a permanent position.
Position: Junior Computer User Support Specialist
Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Position Type: Permanent
Job Responsibilities:
Resolves technical problems and answers queries by telephone or self-service ticket in support of internal and/or outside customer computer hardware, software, network, system/application access, and telecommunications systems.
Diagnoses, identifies, isolates, and analyzes problems utilizing historical database records. May route calls to product line specialists, application, or system support specialists.
Maintains and updates records and tracking databases. Alerts management to recurring problems and patterns of problems.
Minimum Qualifications:
AA Degree in related discipline and three(3) years of related experience; Or, High School and five(5) years of related experience with relevant certification.
Compliance with DoD 8140 IAT II requirements (e.g., a current Security+ CE certificate).
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must have and be capable of maintaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility security clearance
