Wage range is $19/hr-$20/hr Credit will be given for experience

How you will make an impact:

Working as a Building Services Technician, you will make a meaningful impact by performing a variety of installation and repair activities across multiple skill areas, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, heating, and air conditioning, utilizing the special skills required for the role. Your work will ensure the functionality, safety, and comfort of the environment while adhering to the prescribed methods, procedures, and safety standards established by Lutheran Life Communities, as well as Federal and State regulations. Through your expertise and dedication, you will contribute to maintaining a high-quality living and working space for residents and staff.

Schedule: This position will begin as on-call, with the opportunity to transition to part-time and potentially advance to full-time based on performance and organizational needs.

What you will need:

The candidate must have a minimum of 3–5 years of experience and should be well-versed in a healthcare environment.
