Clinical Territory Manager - Mid-Atlantic Region

We're looking for a Clinical Territory Manager who thrives in the fast-paced world of healthcare and wants to make a direct impact in the Operating Room and beyond.

This position covers the Mid-Atlantic Region and plays a critical role in supporting clinicians and improving patient outcomes through in-depth product knowledge, hands-on training, and strategic territory support.

What You’ll Do:

Provide expert-level product education and training in Operating Room settings and clinical environments

Support hospital staff during product evaluations, trials, and early implementation

Navigate the VAC process and assist with associated clinical documentation

Serve as a trusted clinical resource before, during, and after product adoption

Collaborate with internal teams to align clinical goals and ensure top-tier support

Maintain and execute strategic 14-day and 28-day territory action plans

Support other regions when needed for clinical coverage, conferences, or training initiatives

What We're Looking For:

Strong Clinical and/or Operating Room experience is required

Ability to translate complex clinical information into practical, hands-on support

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Highly organized and capable of working independently in a field-based role

Comfortable with extensive travel (up to 75%)
