- Responsible for marketing and sales of the company's products and services in your location.
- Design, develop and implement business plan/strategy.
- Develop and maintain sales/marketing plans and ensure achievement of company's sales/target and profitability.
- Researching organizations and individuals to identify new client leads and prospective PBOs.
- Recruitment of new PBO and development of new and existing PWAN BUSINESS OWNERS members.
- Promoting sales through sales promotions.
- Create effective and efficient awareness of the companies products on social media and drive both sales and PBO development.
- Plan, develop and provide all training, seminar and webinar including PBO program in your location
- Ensure marketing tools (ID cards, Business cards and Flyers) are made available.
- Maintaining existing client relationship, contacting prospective clients and PBOs to set up meetings.
