Now Hiring: CNC Programmer / Machinist

Location: Burr Ridge, IL

Shift: Day & Night Shifts Available (15% premium for night shift)

What You'll Do:

Program and run 5-axis and 3-axis CNC mills, including setup and operation

Fully program from solid models and edit programs as needed

Set up and machine complex or irregularly shaped parts

Interpret GD&T on drawings and ensure accuracy through self-inspection

Use micrometers, bore gauges, and other standard measuring tools

Read and interpret technical blueprints and engineering drawings

Determine proper speeds and feeds for challenging aerospace materials such as Inconels, Monels, Titanium, etc.

Collaborate with teammates and assist in CNC programming

Operate multiple machines simultaneously when needed

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Effective written and verbal communication

Proven experience in a CNC programming and machining environment

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
