We are looking for an experienced Tax Manager to join our firm in Worthington, Ohio. This role offers an opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing expert tax preparation, financial analysis, and accounting services. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, businesses, and other entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

• Analyze financial statements to provide insights and recommendations tailored to client needs.

• Assist clients in reconciling accounts, booking journal entries, and cleaning up financial records.

• Manage payroll processes and provide guidance on payroll-related matters.

• Collaborate with clients to streamline accounting practices and improve financial reporting.

• Provide support with entity formation and compliance requirements.

• Utilize accounting software systems such as QuickBooks, CaseWare, and CCH ProSystem Fx to deliver efficient services.

• Conduct annual income tax provisions and ensure adherence to auditing standards.

• Review and clean up client accounting records to ensure accuracy and organization.

• Stay updated on tax laws and regulations to provide informed advice to clients.• Proven experience in tax preparation and financial accounting.

• Proficiency in accounting software systems, including QuickBooks, CaseWare, and CCH ProSystem Fx.

• Familiarity with payroll processes and related software such as ADP.

• Strong understanding of compliance requirements and entity formation.

• Ability to analyze financial statements and provide actionable insights.

• Knowledge of annual income tax provisions and auditing standards.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification preferred.
