Product Strategy & Vision:
Define the product roadmap and vision for Sales and Support technologies with a focus on Generative AI Market Research & Customer Insight: Analyze market and customer needs to shape product strategy
Roadmap Development:
Own and maintain a 4-quarter roadmap aligned to business and customer goals
Cross-functional Leadership:
Partner with Engineering, UX, Legal, Sales, Support, etc.
Customer Engagement:
Gather user feedback and incorporate it into product design and iteration
Performance Tracking:
Define and track KPIs to evaluate product success and areas of improvement AI Integration: Lead the integration of Generative AI / Agentic AI to deliver automation and personalization Stay updated with AI trends and collaborate with engineering/data science on AI features
Experience:
7+ years of Product Management experience
Proven track record in Sales and Support technologies Experience in launching and managing tech products AI Expertise: Strong understanding of Generative AI / Agentic AI Demonstrated track record of integrating GenAI into products
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
Excellent verbal/written communication Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to define KPIs, derive insights from data, and make data-driven decisions
Advanced Education: MBA or other advanced degree
Experience with AI Platforms: Hands-on experience with: Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service Amazon Bedrock AWS SageMaker
Familiarity with integrating AI into CRM and Support systems UX and Tooling Familiarity: Understanding of AI/ML frameworks and tools Experience working with UX teams for AI-powered user experiences
