Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations of the 2nd-grade student's speech and language needs.

Develop and implement a tailored treatment plan to address the student's communication challenges.

Provide individualized, one-on-one speech therapy services.

Maintain detailed records of the student's progress and therapy sessions.

Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support the student's overall development.

Actively participate in IEP meetings, offering valuable insights on the student's speech and language requirements.

Stay current with the latest research and best practices in speech-language pathology to ensure high-quality care.

Requirements:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Valid Wisconsin license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology.

ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred, though Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply.

Experience working with elementary school students is preferred but not required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to maintain accurate records and consistently meet deadlines.

Passion for helping students reach their full potential.
