We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Manager to oversee daily operations of the accounting department. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of accounting principles, and a proven ability to lead and develop a team. As an Accounting Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing financial operations and ensuring accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Manage the preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts to provide insights into financial performance.

Conduct general ledger reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial records.

Implement and maintain accounting policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

Manage the end-to-end process of reviewing, entering, and paying invoices

Manage customer and vendor accounts, reporting and reconciliation.

Skills

Strong knowledge of technical accounting principles and practices.

Proficiency in tax regulations and compliance requirements.

Experience with various accounting software applications for efficient financial management.

Ability to perform general ledger reconciliation accurately and efficiently.

Must possess strong analytical skills.

Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.
