The Client Success Team is comprised of highly skilled team members who have a passion for making customers successful. A successful Client Success Manager operates efficiently in this climate, maintains composure, exhibits professionalism, and delivers the highest levels of client satisfaction at all times. Support Client Onboarding
Have a excellent understanding of the client's business needs
Work with the client to make sure they are getting the support they need
Help with engaging customer support teams via escalation as needed
Develop and maintain technical expertise in assigned areas of product functionality and utilize that expertise effectively to help customer
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field
3+yrs experience managing customer accounts
Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
Good project management skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel
Experience with Infor or Lawson
Proficient in CRM and other Service Related Tools
Passion for Client Experience
Action oriented with strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
Dependable, motivated, self-starter, with the ability to work independently
Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure
