Reporting to the Project Director, this dynamic role will lead engineering projects and strategic initiatives, blending technical expertise with strong project execution skills to drive progress across cross-functional teams.

What Youll Do
Lead and coordinate engineering and business initiatives from planning through execution.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and strategic plans.
Collaborate with engineers, suppliers, and stakeholders to meet project objectives.
Monitor project performance, forecast progress, and report key metrics to leadership.
Identify and mitigate risks through proactive analysis and flexible planning.
Prepare and present project status reports, including technical, cost, and schedule data.
Support sourcing and development of suppliers and contractors.
Recommend and implement business process improvements that drive efficiency and reduce costs.
Ensure all activities align with internal policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
What Youll Bring
Bachelors degree in Engineering or related discipline from an accredited university.
5+ years of experience in project management, engineering, or a similar field.
Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and execute projects with minimal supervision.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including technical writing proficiency.
Experience with project scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and modern engineering tools.
U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a DOE/NRC Q-Clearance (or active clearance preferred).
Willingness to travel occasionally (~10%) and work extended hours when needed.
Preferred Qualifications
PMP Certification or equivalent project management experience.
Background in the nuclear fuel cycle, uranium enrichment, or UF6 handling.
Familiarity with technology commercialization and engineering R&D programs.
Experience in EPC (engineering, procurement, and construction) for nuclear or chemical facilities.
Working knowledge of CAD platforms and digital engineering environments.
Experience working in classified and/or highly regulated settings.

Due to the sensitive nature of our work, U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a DOE/NRC Q-Clearance are mandatory. This position may be filled at a higher or lower level based on the applicants experience and qualifications.
