You’ll spend your day on the front lines — answering warm inbound calls from motivated home sellers, asking the right questions fast, and guiding them toward a win-win deal. You won’t waste time cold calling, door knocking, or chasing uninterested leads. Every lead you speak to found us first — they called you. Your job is to listen, connect, and close. You’ll track everything in our CRM, work closely with our operations team, and get paid based on performance, not politics. This is a high-intensity sales role for someone who loves fast wins, fast follow-up, and faster paychecks. If you can think on your feet, control the call, and perform under pressure — you’ll crush this.

Annual Compensation: $120,000 - $200,000 (performance-based earnings)
Base Pay: $24,000 - $36,000 + Commission (Based on closed deals)

Required Experience:
Previous experience in sales (inside or outside), especially in fast-paced environments, is preferred but not required.
Must be driven to meet and exceed performance goals with a proven track record of competing and winning.
Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to take control of a conversation and close deals confidently.
Willingness to learn quickly and adapt to new sales strategies — no experience necessary for the right candidate with grit and ambition.
Must be responsive to inbound leads during business hours (Monday–Saturday) and after-hours until 8 PM.
