Oracle Cloud R2C Lead

Baer is looking for Oracle Cloud R2C Lead for a long term project located in Oak Ridge, TN

Title: Oracle Cloud R2C Lead

Location: Hybrid - 40-50% travel to Oak Ridge, TN

Duration: 4 tracks, 30-month timeframe based on scope- 2 weeks to onboard. Initial 3-4 months discovery phase

Description:

Lead functional workstreams for the Accounts Receivable module within Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials

Oversee deliverables from functional teams to ensure quality and consistency

Plan and manage deployment phases and communications with key stakeholders

Define and facilitate workshop schedules to gather requirements and transfer knowledge

Develop key design decisions, including process flows and data definitions

Ensure best practices are adopted and business requirements are effectively translated into functional solutions

Collaborate across teams to align deliverables with the overall project strategy

Requirements:

Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, especially Accounts Receivable (AR)

Proven track record of leading Oracle Cloud module implementations

Ability to define functional requirements, lead workshops, and manage project milestones

Strong understanding of SaaS configurations and R2C (Record-to-Cash) processes

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Public Trust Security Clearance is the lowest level of additional background screening that the federal government requires for applicants of certain jobs, which includes completing a Standard Form 85 (SF85) form.
