Location: Onsite 402 McKinney Parkway, Lillington, NC 27546

Salary: $80-95K

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Develop process maps, standard work, and work instructions to ensure effective manufacturing practices and reliable product production.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives focusing on eliminating waste, and enhancing Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Inventory management.

Facilitate communication and alignment on continuous improvement initiatives across teams.

Ensure prompt response to quality, product, and production issues, fostering improvements in both manufacturing and office environments.

Seek opportunities to streamline processes and enhance productivity with innovative solutions and systems.

Engage in regular data collection, analysis, and reporting to support continuous improvement projects.

Contribute to product design processes, ensuring manufacture factors like quality and safety are key considerations.

Provide support with the development and enhancement of tools, fixtures, workstations, and systems.

Assist with any other job duties as assigned to support business objectives.

Minimum Requirements

Degree in Engineering, or related field.

At least 5 years of experience in a lean manufacturing environment.

Strong problem-solving skills, with formal training in lean methodologies or Six Sigma certification.

Proficient in computer applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook.

Experience with CAD software (Inventor, AutoCAD) is a plus.

Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze data effectively.

Effective communication skills and a collaborative spirit to support team goals and drive improvement initiatives.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to customer satisfaction.
