This company specializes in complex aircraft programs all over the world. Following a senior leadership transition, they’re hiring someone to lead Certification, Repair Station, and Quality operations – while driving strategic projects and strengthening alignment with the FAA.

You’ll report directly to the COO and play a critical role in shaping what this department looks like going forward. From team structure and compliance strategy to project oversight and documentation standards – you’ll have the autonomy to make real impact from day one.

The Role:

Lead a high-performing team through exciting aviation modification projects

Own FAA relationships and guide regulatory strategy across all programs

Help shape the future of a high-performing department

Work directly with the COO to align technical teams with future business goals

The Person:

Strong understanding of FAA regulations

Background in project management

Proven leadership skills – able to develop teams and influence cross-functionally

Based in (or open to relocating to) Boise, Idaho
