Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Project Financial Specialist - Infrastructure Replacement:
Manage infrastructure replacement projects, focusing on financial aspects
Oversee invoice tracking and submittals, particularly for FCC reimbursement programs or other government-funded projects
Handle asset lifecycle management, including acquisitions, disposals, and tracking of fixed assets
Prepare and review site close-out documentation, ensuring all financial and compliance records are complete and accurate
Coordinate cross-functionally with finance, operations, and compliance teams to support asset audits and close-out procedures
Required Skills For Project Financial Specialist - Infrastructure Replacement
3-5 years of experience as a Project Financial Specialist replacing infrastructure
Proficiency in BNA (Fixed Asset Accounting software) and reconciliation of fixed asset data with the General Ledger
Solid foundation in project financial reporting, with the ability to trace costs across systems and ensure alignment with billing and accounting records
High attention to detail with experience in ERP systems, asset management tools, or multi-platform financial coordination
Construction or Telecom industry experience is preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
