The organization is focused on scaling operations, enhancing financial clarity, and building a modern, best-in-class finance function.

The Opportunity

Take on a strategic leadership role to lead the accounting and financial reporting function. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will own end-to-end accounting operations, compliance, and financial reporting including SEC filings, US GAAP adherence, and SOX readiness. You will spearhead process automation and system improvements to build scalable workflows, positioning the finance team as a vital partner to the business.

Lead and mentor a talented accounting team of approximately 14 professionals, setting new standards for operational excellence, accuracy, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes ensuring accuracy and compliance

Manage financial reporting and compliance activities, including SEC filings and internal controls

Lead implementation of systems and workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability

Develop and enforce policies around financial controls, SOX compliance, and accounting best practices

Manage day-to-day accounting functions including AP, AR, consolidations, and tax compliance

Collaborate cross-functionally to support strategic decision-making

Coach, develop, and grow the accounting team, fostering a culture of excellence

What You Bring

CPA qualification with deep expertise in US GAAP and public company reporting

5+ years in senior accounting or finance leadership roles, with a proven ability to drive improvements and manage transformation

Experience with financial system implementations and process automation (NetSuite preferred)

Strong knowledge of SOX compliance, audit management, and internal controls

Exceptional leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and developing teams

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong attention to detail
