As our portfolio continues to grow, we are seeking a talented and driven Energy Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities

Perform ASHRAE Level II energy audits.

Conduct retro-commissioning studies for existing buildings.

Ensure compliance with NYC Local Law 97 and Local Law 87.

Produce high-quality audit reports with actionable recommendations.

Conduct feasibility studies and technical analyses related to energy efficiency.

Review HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or fire protection systems for energy optimization.

Qualifications

Experience performing ASHRAE Level II audits.

Familiarity with NYC Local Law 97 and Local Law 87 requirements.

Strong technical background in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or fire protection systems.

Ability to produce detailed, high-quality audit reports and recommendations.

Engineering degree or professional license (PE, CEM, etc.) preferred.

Authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

Position Details

Location: New York City (Flushing, NY 11354 preferred).

Type: Full-Time.

Schedule: 8-hour shift.

Travel: Up to 25% travel may be required.
