Technical Program Manager

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in program or project management within a technical environment.

Proven experience managing complex, large-scale technical projects.

Strong background in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and waterfall project management.

Experience in the banking or finance domain is required.

Familiarity with software development life cycles (SDLC), cloud platforms, and systems architecture.

Comfortable discussing technical concepts with engineering teams.

Experience using project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Asana, Trello).

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is preferred.

Basic qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software engineering or a related field
