Are you a motivated sales professional with a passion for building relationships and driving business growth? Anderson Trucking Service (ATS) is seeking a Project Development Sales Manager to lead the charge in expanding our customer and shipper base while working with two key locations: our Foreign Trade Zone Terminals in Yuma, AZ and Houston, TX.

What You'll Do:

Drive revenue by developing and managing a profitable book of business.

Cultivate new business opportunities using a consultative sales approach.

Utilize your expertise to build strong relationships and identify customer needs.

Take ownership of the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored pricing, operational plans, and exceptional customer service.

Stay ahead of industry trends to offer innovative solutions to clients.

Who You Are:

A seasoned B2B international and domestic project transportation sales professional with at least 5 years of experience.

Someone who thrives in a self-motivated, fast-paced environment and has a knack for building long-term relationships.

Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools to track and manage your sales pipeline.

An expert communicator with strong decision-making, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

A team player who embodies our core values and works towards the success of all staff.

Willing to travel as needed, including overnight trips.

Compensation:

The base salary range for this position is $94,000 to $129,000 including a base salary range of $70,000 to $105,000 and first year training incentive of $24,000. Base salary offered is determined by relevant experience, education, certifications, and geographic location as compared to others doing substantially similar work. In addition to the base salary, employees may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which can vary depending on individual and/or company performance.
