Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Practice Operations Coordinator to facilitate the successful integration of systems, processes, and teams following mergers and acquisitions. This hybrid position is based at our Dallas, TX regional hub and will require up to 75% travel. The role reports to the Integrations Implementation Manager and requires a deep understanding of physician practice management, integration of best practices, change management strategies, and operational improvement. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transitions and enhance organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with Practice Administrative Team:

Physical presence in physician practice offices during the initial integration phase to offer support and connect resources to the ARSA Corporate team.

Initiate and design consultative recommendations to ensure successful integration and improve overall integration experience.

Collaborate with integrations leadership to define integration objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Project Management:

Use project management skills to track completion of tasks, often across multiple projects simultaneously.

Partner with Integrations Implementation Manager to develop project plans, success milestones, and internal and external communication cadence.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

Facilitate communication and collaboration between various departments involved in the integration process.

Process Optimization:

Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Identify opportunities to improve patient throughput, workflow, and process design.

Training and Support:

Facilitate training “boot camps” for new employees to educate them on the ARSA practice management model and offer opportunities to adopt best practices.

Provide ongoing support and guidance to both internal and external teams during the integration process.

Performance Monitoring:

Participate in identifying specific metrics that will evaluate integration success and identify areas for continuous improvement.

Prepare regular updates on integration progress and outcomes for senior management.

Risk Management:

Identify potential risks associated with integration initiatives and develop mitigation strategies.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies throughout the integration process.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field; 5+ years of experience in practice management, integration, project management, and/or operations.

Proven record of accomplishment in successfully managing surgical practices.

Record of accomplishment in building successful relationships with physicians and administrative staff.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Planner.

Ability to take initiative and propose solutions in a fast-paced, physician practice environment.
