Title: Senior Business Data Analyst

Location: Charlotte, NC Hybrid (4 days onsite per week)

Duration: 9+ months (Contract to Hire)

Business Initiative/Purpose:

• Axiom software will allow client to meet regulatory deadlines while simultaneously enhancing data lineage, governance and capital management processes.

Bachelor Degree:

• Required.

Role Responsibilities:

• The ideal candidate for this role will be utilizing their SME and business analytics skills to review data sets and RWA reporting methodology, performing quality assurance and ensuring completeness.

• This will be done as part of the Axiom implementation and will involve UAT testing.

• The candidate should also be able to update procedures, create/ update data dictionaries, and provide value driven insight.

Must Have Skills/Prior Experiences:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent education and related training

• Five plus years’ experience working in a bank or consulting firm.

• Knowledge and understanding of BASEL 3 and Capital / RWA reporting

• Direct experience with the Axiom tool.

Plus/Nice to Have Skills/Prior Experiences:

• Familiarity and understanding with the following reports: FFIEC 031, FFIEC 101/102, and FR Y-9C.

• Business analytics.

• Some project management experience.

• Ability to take direction and then work independently to complete tasks while considering broader implications or necessary additional analysis.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills demonstrating the ability to build credibility and trust with all levels of management.
