Position Summary:
Entourage Freight Solutions is hiring a results-driven Business Development Manager to help us expand our 3PL network and build strategic partnerships. In this high-impact role, you’ll lead the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close—while promoting innovative freight solutions to clients across the industry. Competitive base salary + semi-annual performance bonuses
Primary Focus:
Drive outbound lead generation and appointment setting
Close full-cycle deals with key logistics partners
Deliver consultative sales pitches (virtual and in-person)
Represent Entourage at trade shows and conferences
Build and maintain C-suite level relationships
Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years outside sales experience preferably in the logistics industry
