Job Description:

· Strong background in Design and develop custom applications and solutions on the ServiceNow platform using both low-code (e.g., Flow Designer, ServiceNow Studio) and pro-code (e.g., JavaScript, AngularJS) approaches.

· Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

· Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and others, to meet business needs.

· Develop and maintain workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and other platform components.

· Design and implement integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Kafka, MID Server, and other integration tools.

· Automate business processes and tasks using ServiceNow's Flow Designer and other automation capabilities.

· A suitable phrase to describe experience in accessing data between scoped applications and global database tables in ServiceNow could be:

· Proficient in managing data access and integration between scoped applications and global database tables within the ServiceNow platform

Preferred Certifications:

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer - Golden standard

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist

• ServiceNow Citizen developer training – Must to have
