Software Test Engineer

On-site 3 days a week in San Jose

6 Month Contract To Hire

Pay: $70-$80hr

Python: Strong scripting skills for automated testing.

Embedded Systems: Experience with embedded controllers and real-time systems.

Domain Expertise: Knowledge of battery management systems (BMS) or motor controls.

Networking Protocols: Familiarity with CAN, LIN, automotive Ethernet, 10base-T1S.

Must-Haves

Python Proficiency: Essential for automated testing.

Embedded Systems Experience: Required for working with ECUs.

Domain Experience: In battery management systems or motor controls.

Responsibilities

Test Engineers:

Automated Testing: Plan, execute, and analyze automated tests, with a focus on Python scripting.

Integration and Validation: Work on the first integration of components on LV benches and connect VCUs.

Continuous Improvement: Develop and enhance libraries for automated tests, ensuring seamless integration into CI/CD pipeline
