Senior Program Manager

As a leading manufacturer in the signal processing technologies space serving industries such as aerospace, defense, and SATCOM, we are looking to add a talented program manager to our team in Northern New Jersey.

If you have relevant industry experience leading technical projects for product development programs, have an active clearance, or are able to obtain one within 6-12 months, please read on!

Summary:

You will oversee multiple programs focused on new development and production, ensuring customer satisfaction from ideation to in-service support. In this client-facing role, you'll lead diverse cross-functional teams within the mixed signal line of business to develop next-gen Direct RF, data acquisition, and FPGA processing products and solutions.

Qualifications/Requirements:

BS/BA Degree

US Citizen with Active Clearance or ability to obtain one

PMP (preferred)

5-10 years leading technical projects/product development programs

Willingness to work on-site with a 9/80 schedule

Preferred experience: Development/Production, GovCon, EVMS, Reporting Metrics, Multisite Matrix orgs., Military/Commercial, Contract/Sub-Contract Management, FAR/DFAR/ITAR/Export regs., client-facing skills

Aerospace, Defense, or SATCOM industry experience (Signal Tech a bonus)

Comp/Benefits Overview:

Salary of $120-$145K+ plus an annual bonus/annual merit increases
